International animal welfare should be the ultimate expression of shared compassion, humans working across borders to protect the vulnerable, alleviate suffering, and uphold the dignity of animals everywhere.
Are you perhaps referring to anti-Muslim sentiment in the West? I'm American and I have a deep love for Turkey and its people. I hope that my entire donation amount goes toward the Ankara clinic and shelter because, frankly, the need is so great. I do have a question about that--is DDAA an international fund or just for Turkey?
We have a pet food bank here in the UK, we help death row dogs & dogs at risk of economic euthanasia every now & again in the UK but only when funds allow. 99% of our work is in Turkey & every cent you donate supports our work there. We host the Stray Dog Solidarity Alliance which is a global initiative. The Alliance provides non monetary support to global organisations working with stray dog populations. This support comes in many forms, connecting orgs to each other, emotional support, manuals on the many aspects of stray dog care & much more. But our work predominately lies in Turkey where the need is very great & most orgs do not venture. That is where our dogs are & the focus of our clinical work
So well said!!!

Thank you so much for getting back to me! I'm so happy to help support that (and I'll happily help support British animals as well).
