I cannot believe the cruelty and awfully poor shelter (some) outcomes, they are Indefensible when considered against any reasonable standard of welfare. So unnecessary and the absolute wrong focus, no proper investment and then delivery of a properly managed spay, neuter programme, education, health. Brutal is the only word I have. So angry.And still monetised breeding
