My 11 month old puppy, Presa Canario was seized by Thames valley neighbourhood police on 13 June under dangerous dog’s act. Although two complaints that were raised clearly shows that these people came into his perimeter and provoked him. He didn’t even bite them but mouthed them as puppies do leaving a superficial scratch. I am extremely worried about his welfare as I can’t imagine what this would do to his health :-(

Really don’t know what to do as the police is so unhelpful

Yes please. I would appreciate it very much. Also I spoke to a very helpful retired solicitor who dealt with dog seizure cases that the magistrates court order the neighbourhood police officer and Thames valley police brought on Friday 13 states to search the premises, if the puppy had shown any signs of aggression then they had the right to take him but my puppy was calm and had just come back from his morning walk. Infact when my friend took him to the police van he went calmly. There was no sign of aggression as the poor thing is not aggressive.
